Full Stack Developer

About the role

Istify is looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain its digital platforms and internal tools. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of features, from interpreting requirements to delivering production‑ready code in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web applications, APIs and internal systems.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Build and manage back‑end services, databases and integration layers.
• Develop dashboards, reporting views and workflow automation tools.
• Integrate third‑party platforms, APIs and cloud services.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability and security of all solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and development records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to work independently from written specifications and deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Back‑end technologies: Node.js, Python.NET, PHP.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Supabase.
