Full Stack Developer – React & Node.js

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to build and enhance our real‑time dispatch and logistics platform. You will own features end‑to‑end, from database design and backend APIs to frontend interfaces and cloud deployment, working closely with analysts, product owners and QA engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build React + TypeScript applications, including real‑time dashboards, merchant portals and admin panels.
• Backend Engineering: Design and implement scalable services using Node.js and NestJS.
• API & Security: Create secure REST APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, JWT authentication and RBAC authorization.
• Data & Real‑Time Systems: Design PostgreSQL/PostGIS schemas, optimize queries and develop WebSocket‑based tracking features.
• Caching Infrastructure: Use Redis for caching, Pub/Sub and background job management.
• DevOps & Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform using Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests with Jest.
• Collaboration: Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues and align closely with QA and product teams.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI and security protocols such as JWT and RBAC.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, PostGIS and WebSockets.
• Proficiency with Docker and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices, logging and performance optimization.
