Full Stack Engineer – Core Infrastructure & API Operations

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own deployment and optimisation of its core HR software products across Saudi Arabia. Working remotely, you will bridge client‑side interfaces with high‑performance backend pipelines while collaborating with the technical hub in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications using modern front‑end frameworks and robust back‑end logic.
• Build and optimise foundational HR API layers, ensuring seamless third‑party integration and secure data handshakes.
• Architect clean database structures, optimise complex relational queries and manage high‑volume transactional records.
• Implement Zero‑Trust security protocols and data‑encryption standards in line with SDAIA guidelines.
• Audit and improve application performance, server‑side rendering metrics and background job handling to maximise uptime.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional full‑stack development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fintech or cloud‑based products.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a distinct asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.

• Front‑end: React, Vue, or Angular.
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, serverless functions.
• Security: Zero‑Trust architecture and data‑encryption practices.

What we offer

• Base salary SAR 29,800 – SAR 32,500 per month (tax‑free), positioned ~20 % above the Saudi market average.
