Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to provide technical direction across multiple product teams in a fast‑growing technology firm serving public and private sectors in the Middle East. The role focuses on improving the architecture, maintainability and performance of enterprise‑grade applications built with Angular and Spring Boot.

Key responsibilities

• Guide architectural decisions and ensure consistency across frontend and backend services.
• Lead incremental refactoring of legacy code to increase modularity, testability and performance.
• Promote Extreme Programming practices such as test‑driven development, continuous integration and pair programming.
• Review code for design quality, security and operational reliability while mentoring engineers.
• Design reusable Angular components and scalable Spring Boot services using modern patterns.
• Introduce AI‑assisted development tools responsibly to boost productivity.
• Balance delivery speed with long‑term maintainability under complex business constraints.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and maintaining enterprise applications with Angular and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of refactoring complex legacy systems and reducing technical debt.
• Deep understanding of clean architecture, domain modeling and software design principles.
• Strong ability to influence technical stakeholders and mentor engineers without formal management duties.
