Full-Stack Software Engineer — Django

About the role

Autobia is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to strengthen its Marketplace platform. You will primarily work on a Python/Django codebase, focusing on backend services, data handling, and integrations while also contributing to front‑end features when required.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Django backend services and full‑stack features.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of features, from initial design through production support.
• Build and sustain integrations with internal and external services.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in technical decision‑making within the squad.
• Optimize API response times through query tuning, caching, and profiling.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior full‑stack engineer with a strong backend focus.
• 3–5 years of professional full‑stack experience.
• Solid fundamentals in API design, data modeling, relational databases, and testing.
• Performance‑minded attitude with experience reducing latency.
• Ownership mindset: can turn ambiguous problems into shipped, supported solutions.
