Full-Stack Software Engineer — Ruby

About the role

Autobia is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to work on a high‑volume money‑movement platform. You will primarily develop Ruby on Rails services while also contributing to front‑end features when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build, ship, and operate Rails backend services and full‑stack features.
• Own the development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external services.
• Write clear, maintainable code and participate in the squad’s technical decisions.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior full‑stack engineer with a strong backend focus.
• 3–5 years of professional experience building full‑stack applications.
• Solid fundamentals in API design, data modeling, relational databases, and testing.
• Comfortable debugging front‑end features when required.
• Proven experience with high‑traffic, high‑throughput systems.
• Ownership mindset: can take a problem from ambiguity to shipped and supported.
