General Manager – Commercial (Dammam)

About the role

The General Manager – Commercial will lead the complete commercial function for the Dammam region, covering sales, marketing and solution design. The role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding the customer base and achieving regional commercial targets while safeguarding the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, build a robust prospect database and generate new business through field sales and customer visits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major and strategic customers, managing account profitability and expansion.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking.
• Design and implement regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, product and innovation teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
• Partner with finance for budgeting, forecasts and strategic planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing commercial team to achieve profitability goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading commercial functions within logistics, transport or related sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
