About the role
We are seeking a senior General Manager to lead a leading FMCG distribution business in Saudi Arabia. The role carries full P&L responsibility and requires strategic direction across all core functions, acting as the bridge between the Board and the management team.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional P&L performance and drive overall business results.
- Lead revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Provide oversight for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Strengthen go‑to‑market and route‑to‑market effectiveness across multiple markets.
- Lead principal negotiations and forge strategic partnerships.
- Enhance financial planning, reporting, and governance structures.
- Improve operational efficiency, service levels, and supply‑chain reliability.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing cross‑functional leadership team.
Required profile
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in FMCG or consumer‑goods distribution, preferably with non‑food brands.
- Proven General Management experience with full P&L responsibility at scale.
- Successful track record managing complex, multi‑market operations across Saudi Arabia.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams of 100+ employees.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
