General Manager Interior Fit-Out

About the role

The General Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations of a Saudi interior fit‑out contractor, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards while driving growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual business plan and drive sustainable revenue and profitability.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across fitness, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, retail and workplace sectors.
• Lead tender submissions, commercial negotiations and contract administration.
• Oversee project delivery, engineering, design coordination, procurement, construction management, planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Ensure quality assurance, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) compliance and adherence to specifications.
• Manage operating budget, cash flow, financial planning and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build, lead, develop and retain a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in interior fit‑out or construction, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale fit‑out projects on time and within budget.
