General Manager – ITS

About the role

The General Manager – ITS will lead the company’s Intelligent Transportation Systems division, driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines business development, P&L responsibility, and hands‑on project delivery in a fast‑moving electrical manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy and growth plans for the ITS unit.
• Lead overall factory operations, ensuring financial performance and P&L accountability.
• Identify and secure new market, customer, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, cost control, and timelines.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing management team.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long‑term sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of progressive experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in Smart Metering, Energy Management, Industrial Automation, Digital Solutions, or Electrical Systems.
• Proven track record in business development, P&L management, strategy execution, and operational leadership.
• Established market knowledge and network within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and organizational development.
