General Manager – Lifestyle & Cultural Hub

About the role

Common Futures is launching its first lifestyle and cultural hub in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District. We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the hub’s operations, shape the member experience, and drive long‑term profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between owners, investors, and day‑to‑day operations, balancing cultural vision with commercial goals.
• Lead pre‑opening activities, ensure operational readiness, and execute a seamless launch.
• Oversee financial performance, P&L ownership, and revenue‑stream optimization.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, including Heads of Operations and Community & Culture.
• Deliver exceptional member and guest experiences, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Implement robust governance, safety, and risk‑management practices.
• Document operational processes into a turnkey manual for future hub expansions.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of senior leadership in premium hospitality, members’ clubs, lifestyle venues, or multi‑purpose cultural spaces.
• Proven track record taking complex venues from construction through stabilization.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate premium markets internationally or regionally and quickly build local networks.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
