General Manager – Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead a dynamic marketing agency in Riyadh. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the agency’s long‑term strategic vision and business plans.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, managing budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
• Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities and leading high‑level client pitches.
• Serve as senior point of contact for major clients, ensuring exceptional service and lasting partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish and track KPIs across departments to promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience (General Manager, Managing Director, Head of Operations) within a marketing, creative or advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients and managing a profitable P&L.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities and deep understanding of the marketing landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian or broader GCC market is desirable.
