About the role
The client, a large local group in Saudi Arabia, seeks a General Manager – Marketing to lead the entire marketing function from Riyadh. This 360‑degree leadership role will shape strategy, drive brand growth, and align marketing initiatives with sales and commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee brand management, integrated campaigns, product launches, and market positioning.
- Drive brand equity and strengthen market presence across the organisation.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team to deliver sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing or GM Marketing level).
- Strong background in 360‑degree marketing, including brand, communications, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive end‑to‑end marketing strategy and business growth.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and performance analytics.
- Track record of leading large teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Saudi national, in compliance with local regulations.
