General Manager – Operations & Business Development

About the role

The General Manager will lead the overall operations, profitability, and strategic growth of the company across its branches in Khobar, Jubail, Riyadh, and Jeddah. This senior role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and team management to achieve company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee company operations and ensure smooth business activities across all branches.
• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency, policy compliance, and high performance standards.
• Drive achievement of overall and branch‑specific sales targets and improve financial performance.
• Conduct sales meetings, support tender and proposal preparation, and nurture key client relationships.
• Negotiate with suppliers, monitor inventory, and identify new products and technologies.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure timely service response and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of payments, monitor receivables, and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams, participate in recruitment, and monitor staff performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior or general management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Extensive experience in sales, business development, and operational management.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and teams effectively.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience handling tenders and supplier negotiations.
