General Manager (PR) – Country Manager, Riyadh

About the role

The agency is seeking a senior leader to serve as General Manager (PR) and Country Manager for its Riyadh office. This role carries full responsibility for growth, profitability, client relationships, and operational excellence across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the agency’s growth strategy, identifying and converting new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
• Drive revenue through new client acquisition and organic growth within existing accounts, leading pitches and contract negotiations.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Saudi team, fostering a high‑performance culture and overseeing recruitment, mentoring, and talent development.
• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Act as senior strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and delivery of integrated communications programmes.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, public affairs, corporate communications, or integrated marketing agencies.
• Proven track record of winning and growing business within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Established network across Saudi Arabia and deep understanding of the local communications landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and align regional objectives with global business goals.
