General Manager – Smart Cities Business (Riyadh)

About the role

This position leads the Smart Cities business for ST Engineering Urban Solutions in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Regional Business team, the General Manager will drive growth, oversee daily operations, and ensure delivery of high‑quality services to government and private customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent ST Engineering Urban Solutions as the country head for the Smart Cities portfolio.
• Develop and execute the national business strategy in partnership with the Regional Business team.
• Identify and map new business opportunities, create sales pipelines, and achieve order targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and customers.
• Manage the country P&L, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Oversee project delivery, from initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead multi‑functional teams across operations, finance, logistics, and customer service.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a similar General Manager or Country Head role.
• Strong track record of driving business growth in the Smart Cities or related technology sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with government and corporate clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.
