About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a General Mechanic at Hilton you will help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

Support hotel facility maintenance across guest rooms, public and back‑of‑house areas.
Respond promptly to guest calls, team requests and work orders for mechanical issues.
Perform routine repairs on equipment, fixtures, pumps, valves and plumbing systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address potential issues.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults to keep equipment operational.
Document inspections, repairs and report any outstanding problems.
