Global Mobility Specialist

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join its IMEA Mobility & Security team in Riyadh. The role supports the Global Mobility Manager in delivering compliant, employee‑focused mobility services across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day global mobility and immigration activities for Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, with occasional support for other GCC countries.
• Advise employees, candidates and stakeholders on immigration requirements for cross‑border staffing, business travel, onboarding and international transfers.
• Coordinate immigration cases from initiation through completion, including residence permits, work authorisations, visas, renewals and cancellations.
• Support in‑country processes such as medical examinations, biometrics, health‑insurance for business visas and relocation benefits.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact, and update internal guidance and communication templates.
• Prepare and issue immigration and mobility documentation, maintain confidential records, and track expiry dates for proactive renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or 3–4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration or HC operations, preferably with GCC immigration exposure.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and follow‑up skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
