Global Supply Manager – Indirect Procurement

About the role

Lucid Motors Middle East is looking for a Global Supply Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services across the organization. The role supports a fast‑growing luxury electric vehicle business and works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement for multiple indirect categories such as professional services, facilities, testing, HR, finance, security and travel.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies and create value‑adding procurement plans.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification, RFI/RFQ processes and evaluate proposals against cost, quality, lead‑time and technical criteria.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Oversee purchase order creation, delivery tracking and resolve any issues that arise.
• Support routine administrative and operational tasks related to procurement execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global organization.
