Grader Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Grader Operator for a construction company in Riyadh on a 2‑year contract. The role is on‑site, full‑time, and involves operating grader equipment to achieve required surface levels according to site plans and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate grader equipment for construction tasks following site instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on the grader.
• Follow work plans, grades, and specifications to achieve required surface levels.
• Report equipment faults or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to company safety and operational policies while on‑site.

Required profile

• Valid (or expired) Saudi operator license for grader equipment.
• 4‑5 years GCC/KSA experience operating graders or similar heavy equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual/onsite tasks.
• Willingness to be video recorded during equipment operation test.
