Graduate Area Manager – Saudi Arabia (KSA National)

About the role

As a Graduate Area Manager at Amazon Filters in Saudi Arabia, you will lead a diverse team on the shop floor, ensuring that operational targets are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This hands‑on position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will gain deep insight into large‑scale logistics and customer fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the site.
• Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to sustain productivity and quality.
• Lead and support a team, handling administrative duties and fostering a strong team culture.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to optimise workflow and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise shift processes and drive operational consistency.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) obtained within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Recent experience (up to 1 month) performing data analysis.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia as a KSA national.
