Graduate Civil Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our project execution team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in site supervision, technical drawing review, and quality monitoring on construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in daily site supervision and field operations, ensuring work follows engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit Requests for Inspection (RFIs) to consultants and follow up on site notes.
- Produce daily and weekly progress reports, documenting activities, resources, and any issues.
- Review shop drawings and architectural/structural layouts using AutoCAD.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and quality control procedures on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduate or 0‑1 year experience).
- Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Strong desire to learn, willingness to work on‑site, and good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
