Graduate Engineer – Operation Centre

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join the Operation Centre (AOC) team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will work on delivering and supporting software implementations for customers in the digital twin and information‑management space, helping them meet operational and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out service engagements, including implementation of standard and customised solutions.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, define solutions and perform software customisation.
• Provide product usage support and act as the primary technical point of contact for critical customers.
• Liaise with global teams for solution development, documentation, deployment and delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Diagnose issues and deliver timely technical resolutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in industrial software and digital transformation.
• Curious, collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with oil & gas or petrochemical business domains is highly desirable.
