Graduate Engineering Program – Mechanical, Electrical & Civil

About the role

Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is seeking Saudi National engineering graduates for a structured Graduate Engineer Program. The program provides hands‑on experience on major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and localisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, analysis and project execution in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil disciplines.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, calculations and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams for mining, metals and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with site activities, inspections and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilise engineering tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP and Excel.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Strong academic performance and foundational engineering knowledge.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
