About the role

Snap Inc. is seeking a Graduate Partnerships Associate to support the Head of Partnerships in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strategic programs, engaging with government and commercial stakeholders, and driving Snap’s presence across priority sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Partnerships to design and deliver strategic partnership programs.
• Support engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Assist in creating pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of partnership initiatives.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against business objectives.
• Support planning and execution of on‑ground activations and brand presence at high‑profile national events.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven and analytical mindset.
