Graduate Recruiter - Senior Associate, Consulting

About the role

PwC is hiring a Graduate Recruiter (Senior Associate) in its Internal Firm Services, within the Advisory line of service, in Riyadh. The Graduate Recruiting team identifies and attracts talent for PwC, focusing on engaging and hiring promising students while understanding the hiring needs of each business. It recruits full-time employees at all levels, as well as fixed-term, contingent and flexible talent, and supports internal movement between roles.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and take part in campus recruiting events
• Source candidates through universities, online platforms and referrals
• Help post, screen and shortlist candidates
• Run introductory calls and HR interviews with shortlisted candidates and prepare summaries for recruitment managers
• Develop and promote the PwC people value proposition in recruitment
• Liaise with candidates and EA's to coordinate technical interviews (face-to-face, phone, video)
• Test candidates using the standard competency-based recruitment model and psychometric testing
• Keep candidate information up to date in the internal system and manage interview feedback
• Update candidate status, hire candidates on the system after offer acceptance, and work closely with the Onboarding team
• Provide ad-hoc project support and manage conflicting deadlines

Required profile

• 1-3 years of graduate recruitment experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Middle East region required
• Professional Services and/or Big 4 expertise is a plus
• Spoken and written English and Arabic
• Attention to detail, confidentiality and efficiency
