Graduates Internship Program – Future Energy

About the role

Siemens Energy is offering a 6‑12 month Graduate Internship Program for ambitious graduates in Saudi Arabia (Dammam & Jeddah). The program provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international environment, focusing on solutions that address climate change and the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 100% of the program, with only emergency or sick leave exceptions.
• Complete all assigned tasks and duties in finance, accounting, procurement or supply‑chain areas.
• Follow Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
• Participate actively in a high‑performance learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Procurement or Supply‑Chain (graduated 2024‑2026).
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities or university projects.
• Strong curiosity, ambition, communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Logical thinking, self‑learning attitude and creative problem‑solving.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
