Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our real‑estate development team in Medina. You will be responsible for producing visual assets that support our marketing and project promotion efforts, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design advertising content and social‑media posts.
• Create brochures, catalogs, and project profiles.
• Develop real‑estate project boards and outdoor advertising in various sizes.
• Apply and maintain the company’s visual identity across all materials.
• Prepare presentations and marketing collateral for real‑estate projects.
• Edit and process images for print and AI use.
• Produce short promotional videos and motion graphics.
• Prepare final print files with correct sizes, resolutions, and color settings.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to deliver required designs.
• Utilize AI tools to generate ideas, images, and accelerate the design workflow.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in graphic design, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a solid visual sense.
• Portfolio showcasing print, visual identity, and advertising work.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign (catalog and brochure design)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• AI‑based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT)
• Knowledge of print specifications: sizes, resolutions, colors, and file preparation
