Graphic Designer

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its SMP department in Dhahran. The designer creates visually appealing materials that communicate the brand message, working on digital graphics, print media, branding elements and promotional materials. The role also supports less complex design activities such as executive QBRs, business plan presentations, quarterly newsletters, recognition programs, awareness booths, employee engagement activities and townhall events, and works with the automation team on dashboard platforms, visuals and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate design instructions and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and suggest drafts and ideas for review
• Create illustrations, visuals and other designs using software or manual drawings
• Use appealing colours and outlines in each graphic
• Collaborate with group leaders and stakeholders to produce final designs
• Test graphics across media platforms and modify or redesign them based on feedback
• Ensure all graphics align with brand standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas clearly
• Detail-oriented with good time management

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Power BI
• Creativity in illustrations and animations; knowledge of typography and colour theory
• Web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
