Graphic Designer (Technical Proposals)

About the role

JASARA PMC, a leading program management firm supporting Saudi Vision 2030, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Riyadh team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that communicate complex technical proposals for large‑scale social infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually engaging technical proposals, bid decks, capability statements, infographics and templates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with client requirements.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, attractive visual formats.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proven experience designing technical proposals for program management, consulting or contracting firms.
• Portfolio that showcases technical proposal work samples.
• Professional experience working in the Middle East.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

• Strong visual communication and layout skills.
