Ground Operations Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a Ground Operations Team Member to support our field network. You will travel to stores and collection points, work directly with captains, and ensure that operational standards are consistently met across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores and collection points daily to monitor performance and compliance.
• Train newly onboarded captains on operational procedures and company standards.
• Audit captain waiting areas and workspaces for safety and quality compliance.
• Track captain performance, including on‑time delivery, uniform adherence, form accuracy, and issue escalation.
• Accompany captains on ground trips, record trip completion, and report any obstacles or improvement opportunities.
• Document and report all captain‑related issues to the appropriate supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply‑chain certification is a plus.
• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• Experience with logistics software.
