Group Marketing Leader

About the role

The Group Marketing Leader will drive the execution of the marketing strategy across Alsulaiman Group’s diverse portfolio of businesses. This senior position is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with commercial growth objectives, strengthening brand equity, and delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the marketing strategy and annual integrated marketing plans across all business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth ambitions.
• Translate business strategies into actionable marketing initiatives by partnering closely with Commercial, Sales, Operations, Customer Engagement, Expansion, Digital and other corporate functions.
• Plan, develop, execute and govern integrated 360° marketing campaigns across all relevant channels and touchpoints, maintaining consistency, quality and business impact.
• Ensure brand positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions are consistently reflected in all marketing activities.
• Define target audiences using customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis and business data to drive acquisition, engagement and growth.
• Establish annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, product launch plans and activation priorities for timely execution.
• Manage external agency partners—including creative, media, digital, social and production—to ensure high‑quality delivery and value creation.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise return on marketing investment.

• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into marketing actions.
• Strong track record of managing agency relationships and delivering integrated campaigns.
