Growth Marketing Specialist – B2C & Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist to drive B2C sales for MZN Bodycare, a Saudi‑based natural‑ingredients body‑care brand. You will own both organic and paid digital channels, turning content and campaigns into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organic social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, seasons and sales targets.
• Supervise content creation with designers and UGC creators, writing clear briefs for posts, reels, stories, ads and videos.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google, monitoring ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and profitability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Build short‑term monthly marketing plans and contribute to the annual strategy.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to translate brand stories, product benefits and reviews into compelling campaigns.
• Support e‑commerce growth through product bundles, promotions, landing‑page suggestions and customer‑journey improvements.
• Track content and ad performance to identify traffic, engagement and sales drivers.
• Assist with influencer and UGC coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising.
• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, wellness or e‑commerce brands.
• Ability to balance storytelling with performance‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Organised, proactive, creative and results‑oriented.
