Guest Care Representative – Najran

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Care Representative to join our Najran polyclinic. The role is the first point of contact for patients, doctors and visitors, providing professional reception and administrative support while upholding the clinic’s image.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in person or by phone, handling enquiries courteously.
• Maintain continuous coverage of the reception area, including during breaks, to ensure safety and availability.
• Register new patients and update existing records with personal and financial details.
• Book, amend and cancel appointments according to clinic procedures, and arrange urgent consultations as needed.
• Receive and log home‑visit requests, assess urgency and prepare summary sheets.
• Inform patients of charges, process payments and issue receipts for private or insurance services.
• Monitor email and fax communications, sending messages when required.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy and stocked with informational leaflets.
• Redirect calls, take messages and perform any additional duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university graduate preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar reception or administrative role within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work six days a week with one day off.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts with a one‑hour break rotation.
