About the role
We are looking for a Specialist – Guest Operations to join our Destination Management Company (DMC), a subsidiary of Red Sea Global. The role supports the end‑to‑end guest experience across hotels, resorts and transportation services, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and on‑site assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Reservations team, hotels, resorts and transport providers to confirm bookings and guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Prepare pre‑arrival communications and logistical arrangements for guests.
- Process bookings, transactions and last‑minute “go‑show” reservations using internal platforms.
- Welcome guests, assist with arrival, departure and special needs, and escort them to transport areas while overseeing luggage handling.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and live chat.
- Maintain daily guest records, manifests, booking logs and operational reports.
- Lead alignment meetings with hotel representatives and participate in management meetings to address operational priorities.
- Analyse operational reports, identify improvement areas and report incidents through proper channels.
- Collect, analyse and act on guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest touchpoints.
- Excellent communication skills across written and verbal channels.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a service‑oriented mindset.
