Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer is the first point of contact for all showroom visitors, delivering a premium welcome experience and ensuring every customer is engaged, captured, and routed efficiently within the sales process. This role shapes the first impression of the BYD brand and supports lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers professionally, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Provide hospitality services including refreshments, lounge management and VIP prioritisation.
• Capture complete and accurate visitor information in the CRM/DMS system and allocate leads according to showroom rotation rules.
• Monitor Sales Executive engagement times and escalate any delays.
• Conduct daily showroom checks – vehicle cleanliness, pricing displays, marketing materials and demo readiness.
• Maintain reception and waiting areas to OEM and dealership presentation standards.
• Gather customer feedback during and after visits, support NPS/CSV initiatives and report on showroom traffic.

• Professional appearance and personal presentation aligned with OEM brand guidelines.
• Ability to engage customers, capture accurate lead data and follow up promptly.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
