Guest Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service to our hotel guests. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in, and a pleasant stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Process payments, check‑out guests, and verify billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain a neat and organized front‑desk area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and professionalism in handling difficult situations.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
