Guest Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Front Office professional to join our hotel team as a Guest Service Agent. In this role you will deliver professional, customer‑focused service that creates memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
• Welcome and check‑in guests according to established SOPs.
• Check‑out departing guests following hotel standards.
• Sell rooms to walk‑in guests and address day‑to‑day facilities issues.
• Manage cash inventory, cheques and foreign‑currency bills in line with the credit policy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations departments.
• Ensure the Guest Service Desk is always staffed, prepared, and stocked.
• Maintain guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, facilities and events.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office department.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Computer literate.
• Experience with Opera property management system (advantage).
