About the role
The Guest Service Officer – Front Office is a key member of the Rooms Division, responsible for ensuring that the reception area operates smoothly and efficiently. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality service to hotel guests and supporting the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception within the Rooms Division.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
