Guest Services Associate - Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Services Associate – Front Office you will be a key ambassador for Rosewood Red Sea, delivering warm, personalized service throughout each guest’s stay. Working closely with the Front Desk Manager and multiple hotel departments, you will help create seamless arrival‑to‑departure experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle room assignments with precision.
• Process guest profiles and payment transactions accurately, ensuring confidentiality.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve requests or concerns promptly, and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, Bell & Door, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Promote resort facilities and identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with cashiering and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations, or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communication skills with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
