Gym Attendant – Full-time (Male/Female)

About the role

We are seeking friendly and dedicated Gym Attendants (female and male) to join our team at a state‑of‑the‑art fitness centre in Riyadh. As a Gym Attendant you will ensure members enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist gym members, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor the gym floor and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
• Assist with member check‑ins and registrations.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide information about gym services.
• Ensure compliance with gym policies and safety regulations.
• Assist in organizing and setting up for fitness classes or events.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for member management and reporting.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in a gym or fitness centre (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with equipment.
