Gym Trainer – Facility Management Project (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Gym Trainers to join a facility‑management and operation & maintenance project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering high‑quality fitness instruction and overseeing gym operations for a team of ten trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients.
• Conduct client assessments and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety compliance and emergency response procedures are followed.
• Maintain gym equipment and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with the facility‑management team to align fitness services with project goals.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in fitness, exercise physiology or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience as a gym trainer, preferably in Gulf facility‑management projects.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English or Arabic.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
