Handover Manager (Major Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Handover Manager (Major Projects) to lead the transition of newly constructed buildings from the Project Management Team to Facility Management. The role ensures that all inspections, testing, and commissioning activities are completed to the required standards before final acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the building handover process from the Project Management Team (PMT) to Facility Management (FMD).
• Verify building inspection readiness and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful completion.
• Identify and close handover gaps before final acceptance.
• Support Facility Management with technical evaluations and handover decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building or project handover.
• Strong knowledge of testing & commissioning, QA/QC, and facility handover processes.
