About the role
The Handover Specialist owns the final and most critical moment of the customer journey – vehicle delivery. You will ensure every customer receives a structured, premium, brand‑aligned handover experience, turning a successful sale into a lasting relationship.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct OEM‑aligned vehicle handovers, including full feature walkthrough, infotainment setup, and connected services activation.
- Personalise the delivery experience for VIP, corporate, and loyalty customers.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery – complete PDI, detailing, fuel/charge level, accessory fitment, and presentation standards.
- Verify and capture all required delivery documentation, signatures, and compliance records.
- Set up customer profiles in OEM systems, mobile apps, and connected vehicle platforms.
- Educate customers on safety systems, ADAS, infotainment, EV/hybrid usage, charging procedures, and service schedules.
- Conduct post‑delivery follow‑up calls, capture feedback, and promote loyalty programmes.
