Hard Services Senior Specialist

About the role

The Hard Services Senior Specialist ensures continuous, uninterrupted operation of HITCL campus facilities during operational hours. The role maintains essential services such as electricity, water, security, cleaning, gardening, pest control, and preventive maintenance, safeguarding safety, asset integrity, and a modern learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational readiness of classrooms, workshops, labs and all campus facilities.
• Ensure uninterrupted utilities and essential services, coordinating internal and external inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Manage asset inventory, vendor contracts, and service quality while supporting facility upgrades and minor improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in facilities operations, campus or technical environment management.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
