Hard Services Supervisor

About the role

Azure is a premium residential community provider in Saudi Arabia. The Hard Services Supervisor ensures the safe, reliable and well‑maintained operation of all technical and engineering services within the Salamah Compound, supporting a high‑quality living experience for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hard services and technical maintenance activities across the compound.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing/water, firefighting, BMS and other MEP systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are performed according to approved schedules and standards.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to guarantee safe, efficient work in line with agreed standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of technical systems, equipment and common areas, identifying maintenance needs.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and respond to technical breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, inspections and equipment performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in facilities or property management within residential, hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Good problem‑solving, communication and coordination skills, with ability to supervise technical teams.
