About the role

We are expanding our design and project delivery team in Riyadh and are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in architectural and structural works. The role will support a major government project that is currently in the detailed design stage.

Key responsibilities

Perform quantity take‑off from detailed design drawings for architectural, structural, building and landscape works.
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in line with project specifications.
Conduct cost estimation and market price analysis using local rate data.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure accurate quantity data.
Support project budgeting, value engineering and cost‑control activities.

Required profile

Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing and communication).
Proven experience on government projects in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of local market rates and construction cost estimation.
Ability to review design packages and work closely with various engineering disciplines.
