Head of Compliance

About the role

Foodics, a leading restaurant management SaaS and payment technology provider, is seeking a Head of Compliance & Governance to ensure its operations align with Saudi Arabian and SAMA regulations. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a team responsible for building, implementing and maintaining a robust compliance framework across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the company’s compliance program, policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks, providing risk‑based recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee KYC, AML, CFT, client‑complaint handling, code of conduct, incident reporting and other regulatory domains.
• Prepare and review all documentation submitted to SAMA for new payment‑related products.
• Coordinate follow‑up actions on SAMA inspection reports, developing action plans with relevant departments.
• Act as the liaison between specialist units and management, ensuring timely and confidential information flow.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in compliance, governance or regulatory affairs within the financial or technology sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of KSA regulatory environment and SAMA requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
