About the role
The Head of Digital Marketing will define and execute the organization’s digital strategy, driving growth through innovative online initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, analytics) to ensure integrated brand messaging and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing digital marketing team.
- Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future tactics.
- Collaborate with C‑suite and cross‑functional teams to secure budget and resource allocation.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable digital strategies that meet organizational goals.
- Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience managing significant budgets and optimizing ROI.
