Head of E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Head of E‑commerce to lead the digital commerce strategy for a leading FMCG business in Saudi Arabia. The role will own relationships with the kingdom’s largest online retailers and marketplaces, driving sustainable and profitable growth across the channel.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall digital commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow partnerships with major online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online and regional marketplaces.
• Lead a high‑performing e‑commerce team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Oversee P&L, joint business planning, trade investment and revenue growth initiatives.
• Balance retailer partnerships, category expansion, investment decisions and shopper experience to achieve business results.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods, preferably on the distributor side.
• Proven track record of growing major online customers and marketplaces.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and revenue growth.
• Currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
